Agents can publish properties using two options: Open Listing (Free) or Pro Listing (Paid using credits).
Open Listing allows agents to publish a property for free on the platform. However, agent contact details are not visible, investor inquiries are handled by DistressDeals, and the platform introduces potential buyers.
Open Listings are free. However, if the property is sold to a buyer introduced by DistressDeals, the platform charges a success fee equal to 10% of the seller commission earned by the agent.
The success fee applies only if the buyer was introduced by DistressDeals. If the agent brings their own buyer, no platform fee is charged.
Pro Listings allow agents to receive direct investor inquiries. Agent contact details are visible, investors can contact the agent directly, and listings appear before Open Listings.
No. With Pro Listings, the agent has full control of the transaction and no success fee is charged by the platform.
Pro Listings use credits. 1 Pro Listing = 300 Credits. Credits renew monthly depending on your subscription plan.
You can purchase additional credits anytime. Top-ups are available at the same credit rate as your current plan.
Yes. Agents can upgrade their subscription at any time to access more credits and publish more Pro Listings.

Deal Score is an automated score (0–100) that helps investors quickly evaluate how attractive a property deal is compared to the market. Higher scores indicate stronger investment opportunities.
Each listing includes key investment indicators such as Deal Score, discount vs market price, estimated rental ROI, and estimated flip return.
Yes. If the property is a Pro Listing, the agent's contact details are visible and you can contact them directly. For Open Listings, inquiries are handled by the DistressDeals platform.
